I'm having trouble logging and my credentials don't work. Do I need to use different credentials here?
Answer
Signing in to view your account from within this help center requires different credentials than what you might normally use to log into your own account.
If you are an agent or administrator on any Zendesk account, you are automatically registered on the Zendesk help center but may not have a password set up yet. To set up your password, click here.
If you have previously set up a password as an end-user for this Help Center, but can't remember it, clear the cache and cookies of your browser and then click here to reset your password.
